Return Process

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
